James R. Fonseca

James is the Co-Owner of Fonseca Financial Services Inc. (formerly Rene A. LePage Financial Services Inc.). He has been with the firm since 2018 and became an LPL Financial Advisor in 2021.

James holds several professional registrations, including:

• General Securities Representative (Series 7), obtained in 2018.
• State Securities Uniform Investment Advisor Law (Series 63), obtained in 2020.
• State Securities Uniform Securities Agent State Law (Series 65), obtained in 2021 through LPL Financial.

Securities registrations are held through LPL Financial.

James’ responsibilities include asset allocation, rebalancing client accounts, and helping clients pursue their financial goals.

James, his wife April, and their two children, James and Abigail, reside in Dartmouth, MA. In addition to his role at Fonseca Financial Services Inc., he is an NCAA Division 1 College Umpire and the head coach for the Viper FC 2015 Girls soccer team. He also enjoys playing ice hockey. A devoted Disney World enthusiast, James’ office walls are adorned with family photos from their many visits.
